After doing this I can still only choose 60hz. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, but what I did was just create a resolution of 2560X1440 120hz (I'm not expecting 144hz at 1440p), clicked OK and rebooted. I've also tried using CRU to create a custom resolution.

I've tried the drivers from the Acer site which are for Win 7/8.1 (they don't have any drivers for Win 10) and installed by disabling driver signature but this didn't seem to work either so with these drivers I'm still stick at 60hz.
